Our protection standards
We use only high-quality materials to ensure every piece arrives intact at its destination:
High-strength boxes
Reinforced cardboard to cushion every impact.
Internal protection
Generous use of polystyrene and professional bubble wrap.
Heavy shipments
For the most voluminous items, we ship on dedicated pallets.
Total sealing
Every pallet shipment is protected by shrink caps, keeping the load stable and safe from moisture.
"Zero Worry" Guarantee: Insured Goods
Your peace of mind is included in the price. All our goods travel with complete insurance.
In case of damage during transport, we will resend the item immediately at no extra cost. You won't have to wait for the claim outcome: your satisfaction comes first.
What to do if goods arrive damaged
To allow us to activate the insurance and resend the item promptly, we only ask for a small collaboration:
Check immediately
Verify the integrity of the goods within 3 days of delivery (maximum limit imposed by the insurance).
Send us the photos
Take photos of the damage and the packaging.
Report the claim
Send the photos and a brief description to info@kosedicasa.it
Once we receive the email, we will handle all the paperwork and arrange for the new shipment.
Unpacking tips (Special Ceramics)
When unpacking your items, especially if they are ceramic, we recommend:
Don't place them directly on the floor
Have a piece of cardboard or a mat on which to place the object. Ceramic is resistant but can chip easily if it hits a hard surface during opening.

We are proud to announce that our new packaging is designed to last. Thanks to ultra-resistant high-quality cardboard, the box is not waste: you can reuse it at home to store your items, helping us reduce waste together.
