Original AXA Contea toilet seat: resin or solid walnut wood

This is the original AXA replacement seat for the Contea range, with a timeless classic look. Being the original spare part, it fits the Contea WC perfectly with no adjustments. You can choose between two different materials: glossy white resin, light and very easy to clean, or solid walnut wood, warm and elegant, perfect for classic or retro bathrooms.

The hinges come in three finishes — chrome, gold and bronze — so you can match them to your taps and bathroom accessories.

Standard or soft-close: the difference

Choose the standard version (the lid is lowered by hand, the more affordable option) or the soft-close one, with a damper built into the hinges: at a light touch the lid lowers on its own, slowly and silently, without ever slamming. It removes the noise (handy at night or with children) and protects the ceramic and hinges from impact, making the seat last longer.
