How to check the Oasi toilet seat
In the design of the Pozzi Ginori Oasi toilet seat, the maximum width is 368 mm and the length is 427 mm. The hinge is the ‘fissa nuova cominotti’ type. Measure the holes centre-to-centre and compare the result with the fixed dimension of 156 mm. The front bumpers are specified as 08 mm – 2 nails, and the rear ones as 08 mm – 2 nails.
Fitting the seat to the toilet
The seat arrives fully assembled, with the hinges already joining the lid and seat ring. Insert the new fixings into the holes in the pan and tighten them. Then attach the assembled seat to the fixings.
Hinge maintenance
The screws holding the hinges to the seat engage with steel threads. If a screw works loose, you can retighten it. If a hinge breaks while the seat is still in good condition, contact Kosedicasa to replace just the hinge. This service is for seats purchased from us.
