Detailed description
MB denotes the close-coupled toilet model. On the Valentina MB, the ceramic cistern sits directly on the back of the toilet pan. The catalogue lists the same seat for Valentina and Valentina MB.
The rear edge of Valentina’s seat features a central recess, as shown in the dimensioned drawing. Check that section, along with the measurements and fixings. The drawing shows 6 mm front saddle-type and rear bumpers. The hinge centre-to-centre distance is adjustable from 118 to 226 mm.
Fitting the seat to the toilet
The seat arrives fully assembled, with the hinges already joining the lid and seat ring. Insert the new fixings into the holes in the pan and tighten them. Then attach the assembled seat to the fixings.
Hinge maintenance
The screws holding the hinges to the seat engage with steel threads. If a screw works loose, you can retighten it. If a hinge breaks while the seat is still in good condition, contact Kosedicasa to replace just the hinge. This service is for seats purchased from us.
